Project Manager | Civil Engineer – Mission Critical Site Development

Overview

Thomas & Hutton has an opening for a Project Manager | Civil Engineer – Mission Critical Site Development in Columbia, SC. The position reports to our Mission Critical team and requires a strong understanding of civil site design and development with previous experience working with large scale multi-phase design projects in a consulting environment. This role requires regular interaction with our clients.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills are required. Working knowledge of Civil 3D software is required.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Registered Professional Engineer strongly preferred.
• Skills:
  
  6+ years’ experience in the design of public and private projects; experience producing site design plans and working with large scale multi-phase design projects; excellent written and verbal communication skills; working experience with AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D; strong leadership qualities; understanding of business metrics for project success.
