  • Identify and embed cost‑effective solutions through cross‑functional collaboration with Engineering, Cap Ex, Technical Services, and site brewing teams.
  • Build and sustain capability within brewing and process teams through targeted training, assessments, and mentoring.
  • Support the development of long‑term capital and technology roadmaps aligned to performance improvement goals.
  • Document and share technical knowledge to strengthen organizational learning and consistent execution.
Operational Support & Issue Resolution
  • Serve as a technical expert for brewing processes, providing expertise and guidance across all MAB sites.
  • Act as a key point of contact for complex brewing and process‑related technical challenges within the network.
  • Partner closely with site teams to troubleshoot issues, stabilize processes, and ensure consistent, high‑quality operations.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in brewing or process engineering, with a strong track record in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive technical change across multiple sites, effectively influencing stakeholders and teams without direct authority.
  • Skilled in designing and delivering technical training programs that build brewing expertise and elevate team capability.
  • Strong data‑driven problem‑solving skills with the ability to interpret process data, diagnose root causes, and translate insights into practical improvements.
