Technical Advisor

As a technical advisor, you are responsible for answering technical questions from our customers (contractors, architects, installers, etc.) in the Benelux. You provide them with technical advice about our Promat product range (fire-resistant materials such as plates, sprays, paints, cuffs, etc.) and you are mainly in contact with the customer by phone or e-mail.

• You capture various customer questions and you give construction advice based on the customer's needs.
• You work out the solution in writing and substantiate it with technical drawings, calculations and advice that are available in our product database.
• You register customer questions, follow-up and associated advice in the CRM system Salesforce.
• You help draw up standard construction and fire safety advice to answer recurring questions.
• You will contribute to the further development of our product database (updating system sheets, tests performed, classification reports, etc.).
• You report to the Technical Manager Benelux.

• You have at least a bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. architecture) or equivalent through experience.
• You have a genuine interest in construction.
• Already accumulated technical knowledge of applicable structural standards, guidelines or fire safety is an asset. If not, you are willing to build up expertise in this.
• You express yourself fluently in Dutch and you have a good knowledge of French and English.
• You have strong communication skills and you like to help customers from your expertise.
• You have a pragmatic attitude combined with a customer-oriented attitude.
• You are eager to learn and want to expand your technical expertise even further.
• You are a real team player which enables you to work together in a good way.
