Generation Project Leader.

Location:

Jenkinsville, SC.

• Temporary support role providing field coordination and oversight for ongoing construction activities during a high workload period.
• Focus is on daily execution, schedule alignment, safe work practices, and interfacing with Construction, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations to keep work progressing without delays.

• Strong field construction oversight in an industrial or power‑generation environment.
• Proven ability to coordinate and sequence work with multiple foremen and craft groups.
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve field barriers to keep schedule on track.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Steady, low drama demeanor with good situational awareness in the field.
• Comfortable making clear decisions and providing direction when needed.

• Previous nuclear experience.
• Experience with scaffold, rigging, or insulation oversight.
• Familiarity with work management systems or outage environments.

• Construction Management or engineering degree preferred.
• Equivalent experience fully acceptable.

• 5-10 years of relevant industrial or power generation field experience.
• Equivalent project/people management experience acceptable.

• Power generation, industrial construction, or heavy commercial/industrial environments.
• Nuclear experience is a plus but not required.
