We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support continuous improvement and automation initiatives in a manufacturing environment. This onsite role focuses on PLC programming, electrical control systems, and equipment optimization while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and contractors.

• Modify and improve existing equipment for automation and continuous improvement.
• Design, develop, and support electrical control systems.
• Program and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and servo drives.
• Support production and maintenance teams with equipment issues.
• Manage contractors and maintenance technicians for project execution.
• Work with vendors and equipment designers on technical requirements.
• Manage capital and expense budgets to meet plant objectives.
• Ensure equipment safety and compliance with NFPA 70E standards.

• 2+ years of experience in industrial automation or manufacturing.
• Strong experience with Allen Bradley PLCs and Rockwell software.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of industrial Ethernet and machine networks.
• Understanding of equipment safety, risk assessments, and arc flash requirements.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter mindset.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience managing contractors and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
