Field Service Engineer

South Carolina (Full-time, Permanent, Travel-based)

The Field Service Engineer will travel extensively to support imaging equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance. This role requires advanced troubleshooting expertise on at least one imaging modality, along with leadership of junior engineers and escalated service resolution for key clients.

• Travel extensively to support imaging equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting on at least one imaging modality.
• Lead junior engineers and coordinate escalated service resolution for key clients.

• 4+ years of experience servicing electrical or medical imaging equipment
• Strong mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic repair skills
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree, military training, or equivalent field experience
• Valid driver’s license; must meet background and drug screening criteria
• Capable of travel, physical activity, and healthcare facility compliance

• Confident, proactive problem-solver who works independently
• Effective communicator and escalation point for customers and peers
• Collaborative team member who mentors others and leads initiatives
