Civil Engineering of Columbia is seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager with strong technical expertise and design judgment to lead civil engineering projects from concept through completion.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent design knowledge, with the ability to make sound high‑level engineering decisions, guide project direction, and ensure quality standards across all phases of design and delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker who can balance technical excellence, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers and designers, effectively delegating tasks based on personnel strength and workload; review plans and technical deliverables; coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies and drive projects to successful completion.

• Strong civil engineering design experience and technical leadership
