Field Engineer

Field Engineer at Webber supports the Project Engineer and Project Superintendent by serving as the liaison between the construction site and the office. The position is 75-90% field based and focuses on production tracking, operational planning, communication, organization, implementation, and project data tracking.

• Collaborate with all project staff to ensure work plans are tracked and analyzed to maximize field efficiency.
• Develop, maintain, and report daily quantities installed and performed.
• Analyze and compare budgeted vs. actual production rates and yield in materials.
• Assist in ensuring field work meets project standards and specifications.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Moderate to high proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
