Milliken & Company is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Advanced to Senior) to manage plant maintenance and reliability. This role involves optimizing maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and enhancing equipment performance.
The ideal candidate will hold a BS in Engineering, have manufacturing experience, and possess strong problem-solving and leadership skills. Experience with CMMS systems and reliability tools is preferred, making this a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement efforts at the Allen Plant.
