Job Requisition

Schaeffler is a dynamic global technology company that partners with major automobile manufacturers and key players in the aerospace and industrial sectors, providing many development opportunities.

• Provide technical support for the manufacturing plant in either Production Technology, Industrial Engineering, Digitalization, Quality, or MPL departments.
• Participate in tasks key to a specific area of discipline related to the field of study in one of the above departments.
• Manage projects that may include areas of efficiency, Six Sigma, and lean concepts.
• Analyze data, perform time studies, drive process improvements, production planning, and assist in other projects and duties to support the department.

• Enrolled at an accredited institution pursuing a degree in one of the following areas: B.S. Industrial Engineering, B.S. Mechanical Engineering, B.S. Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mechatronics or B.S. Business Administration.
• Computer literate with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel spreadsheets.
• Must be in Sophomore year or higher to qualify for the Co‑op role.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without an employment visa or other sponsorship.
