Location: Columbia
Southern Industrial Constructors, Inc. is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the creation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate between teams, manage BIM resources, and ensure high-quality digital documentation.
Applicants should have at least 5 years of experience in engineering or design and proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. A high school diploma or GED is essential, and Autodesk certification is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are also required.
