Site Supervisor (M/F)

As part of our business expansion, ONET Technologies ND is hiring a site supervisor (M/F) to work on the decommissioning project at the Brennilis Nuclear Power Plant.

You play a key role: you are responsible for managing and overseeing construction site activities in a demanding nuclear environment. Your main duties and responsibilities are:

• You will manage the teams assigned to your construction sites on a day-to-day basis, ensuring compliance with guidelines and procedures, maintaining safety standards, and fostering a positive work environment.
• You will oversee and manage your construction sites from preparation through to site closure, leading site meetings, scheduling work, and ensuring the technical feasibility of the projects as well as the associated methodologies.
• You will manage interactions and collaboration with various stakeholders and subcontractors while proposing technical solutions tailored to on-site constraints.
• You will prepare daily reports on your activities and help maintain good customer relations.
• You will be responsible for managing the documentation for your construction project (Project Owner / IT Director).
• You will be responsible for the administrative management of construction sites at nuclear power plants (A2X, Alpha site, etc.).
• Experience in managing asbestos removal projects and SS3 Supervisor certification would be a plus.

You have proven experience in construction site management and supervising construction teams in an industrial setting. You have a good understanding of the requirements for EDF construction sites. You are known for your interpersonal skills, your ability to work as part of a team, and your sense of responsibility and commitment to results.
