We are looking for a Safety And Health Coordinator. You will develop the following functions:

• Supervise daily activities in the construction of the wind farm to ensure compliance with safety and health policies.
• Conduct regular inspections on site, identify and correct unsafe conditions.
• Perform risk assessments and analysis of specific hazards of the environment.
• Implement control measures and mitigation to reduce risks associated with the operation and maintenance of wind turbines and other infrastructure of the park.
• Develop and conduct safety and health training programs for employees and contractors.
• Ensure that all personnel are adequately trained in emergency procedures and use of personal protective equipment.
• Conduct periodic inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and correct unsafe conditions.
• Investigate accidents and work incidents, identify root causes and develop preventive measures.
• Maintain detailed records of incidents and report to the relevant authorities when necessary.
• Develop and coordinate emergency response plans and drills.
• Act as the main point of contact in case of emergencies and coordinate the response with local emergency services.
• Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with safety and health standards.

We seek profiles throughout the Spanish geography, we value availability to change residence.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Architecture + course in safety and health of construction works
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the renewable energy industry or wind farms.
• Experience in implementing occupational safety and health programs.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop effective training programs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to make quick and effective decisions in emergency situations.
• Current driver's license in Spain (exclusivity)
