We are looking for a Survey Manager (PLS) to join our team!
The Survey Manager will be responsible for understanding and communicating project scope, managing multiple projects and team members, training and mentorship of staff, and providing all land survey documents and deliverables.
Tasks and Responsibilities- Manage and oversee boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction staking, subdivision, and control surveys.
- Review, certify, sign, and seal survey documents in accordance with state regulations.
- Ensure accuracy, quality control, and compliance with applicable standards and statutes.
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to survey staff.
- 8+ years of related work experience
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
- Experience performing ALTA and Boundary Surveys, Topographic/Existing Condition & Route Surveys, and Construction Layout
- Experience managing and directing less experienced staff
