Engineering Manager

Location:
Clover, South Carolina

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions
• Develop and execute engineering strategies to drive business growth and meet customer requirements
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project execution
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Provide technical leadership for major growth projects
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for manufacturing process, equipment capability, and continuous improvement
• Participate in developing technology‑related business strategy and new technologies
• Serve as a primary technical resource for the SBU management

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• 10+ years of experience in support of manufacturing and industrial environments
• Ability to prioritize engineering capabilities to maximize impact to business imperatives
• Mechanical integrity knowledge in support of PSM factory processes and equipment
