• RFQ tooling, Design New Pattern Tooling, resolve casting issues, Re‑gate, Simulate, all other tasks as needed.

• Design foundry tooling in Creo software using standards in place and best practices for No‑bake molding process with the objective to improve quality and reduce lead time on tooling construction.

• Years of experience: 5 years of relevant experience.
• Degree requirement:
  Associate or Bachelor.

• Foundry Engineer Experience (Tools Quotation, Casting Scrap defects analysis & resolution, Foundry process knowledge, no‑bake process, cold box process).
• Foundry tooling Design Experience (Pattern and core boxes, Complex modeling, intuitive knowledge of P/L, offsets, clearances, layout in tool build, no‑bake process, cold box process).
• Creo modeling and flow simulation analysis using Solid Cast.
• Machining print reading and geometric tolerance understanding.
• Casting simulation experiences (Solid Cast preferred).
