Electrical Engineer

Salary: $100-120K

• Design and optimize product and product components
• Plan testing procedures and studies
• Offer guidance on material and process equipment selection
• Conduct failure analysis to identify corrective actions
• Develop and maintain product and engineering documentation
• Work with the engineering leader to gain expertise on the product and process
• Work with customers to interpret needs and develop specifications
• Participate in continuous improvement activities

Direct Hire

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or another related subject
• 5+ years in an electrical design role
• Proficiency with Solid Works required
• Experience with epoxies, resins, or tool design a plus
• Continuous improvement experience, lean manfuacturing tools
