Salary: $100-120K
Responsibilities- Design and optimize product and product components
- Plan testing procedures and studies
- Offer guidance on material and process equipment selection
- Conduct failure analysis to identify corrective actions
- Develop and maintain product and engineering documentation
- Work with the engineering leader to gain expertise on the product and process
- Work with customers to interpret needs and develop specifications
- Participate in continuous improvement activities

Direct Hire
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years in a design engineering role
- Proficiency with Solid Works required
- Experience with epoxies, resins, or tool design a plus
- Continuous improvement experience, lean manfuacturing tools
