Knowles Precision Devices in Liberty, SC seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive Lean and operational excellence throughout manufacturing, reducing waste and variation while quantifying gains. You will lead improvement projects, train staff, and sustain results with the Operations Manager and leadership team.
The role requires 2+ years in engineering, plus experience with 5S, Kanban, TPM, Kaizen, AutoCAD/Solid Works, and MS Office.
