Job Title: Lead Environmental Engineer

Location: Graniteville, SC, US

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000/year

Bonus: 10% target annually

Seeking a
** Lead Environmental Engineer
** to lead complex projects, drive process improvements, and support operational planning while working with internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead complex projects and processes with minimal supervision.
• Develop and implement operational plans.
• Identify
  ** automation and continuous improvement opportunities
  ** through detailed analysis.
• Review and redesign
  ** SOPs
  * * to improve processes and efficiency.
• Coach and support junior engineering professionals.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Use communication and

  ** to support project and operational goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Experience leading complex projects independently.
