Job Summary

Seeking a
** Senior Mechanical Engineer
** to lead mechanical engineering and capital projects within a heavy industrial plant. Projects range from **$50K to $5M**, covering design, fabrication, FAT, commissioning, and startup.

• Manage capital projects up to **$5M
  ** from design through commissioning.
• Develop and manage drawings using
  ** AutoCAD Mechanical, Inventor, and Vault**.
• Lead
  ** machine FAT, startup, and commissioning
  ** activities.
• Create/manage
  ** BOMs and spare-parts requirements**.
• Perform equipment/project
  ** risk assessments
  ** and implement safety measures.
• Manage vendors and
  ** external contractors**.
• Provide mechanical engineering support and drive continuous improvement.

• Capital project management experience up to **$5M**.
• ** Autodesk Inventor 3D modeling
  ** and
  ** Autodesk Vault
  ** experience.
• Machine
  ** FAT and commissioning
  ** experience.
• Heavy industrial plant engineering background.
• ** BOM management
  ** experience.
• Equipment risk assessment experience.
• External contractor management experience.

Approximately 80% production floor; high-temperature, high-noise environment with heavy machinery.
