In this role you will act as a consultant and trusted partner in injury prevention, systems engineering, and systems integration. You will help customers innovate, solve their challenges, and guide them with our expertise.

• Conduct physical demand and ergonomic risk analyses for various industries, including single jobs, production lines, and distribution centers.
• Perform ergonomic assessments using standard tools, industrial research methods, and digital human modeling software; produce detailed technical reports for clients.
• Identify and prioritize ergonomic risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Perform digital human model assessments with Teamcenter, Process Simulate, Jack, Santos, Uof M3
  
  DSSPP, PTC Creo, Windchill, and provide recommendations.
• Act as a team lead on specified projects and activities.
• Develop ergonomic specifications and standards through literature review, research, and analysis.
• Conduct workplace ergonomic assessments and recommend improvements and optimizations.

• 3–5 years of industrial ergonomics experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• B.S. or M.S. in Kinesiology, Industrial Engineering, Human Factors, Movement Science, Occupational Biomechanics, Ergonomics, or a related discipline.
• Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP), Associate Ergonomist (AE), or Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) certification is an asset.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time, primarily within the United States, with potential global travel.
• Strong customer‑facing and professional presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently or as part of a team.
• Working knowledge of tools such as NIOSH equations, Liberty Mutual tables, ACGIH HAL‑TLV, RULA, REBA, and digital human modeling.
• Professional demeanor, outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Must be able to work in various locations within the assigned region.
• Typical office or manufacturing plant floor environment.
• May be required to work outside typical office hours to support client projects.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
