Develop sales relationships with installers and professional customers;
Take and invoice orders over the phone and online, and direct parts to delivery;
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained per company standards;
Verify billing for all product/merchandise including warranty cores before customers leave;
Assist on front counter and backroom duties as needed; assist with customer labor claims
