A commercially focused Finance Business Partner responsible for partnering with site leadership to drive performance, provide financial insight, and strengthen planning and control processes across the operation.

• Partner with site leadership to provide financial insight and commercial challenge
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting cycles
• Deliver variance analysis, KPI reporting, and performance dashboards
• Support cost control, margin improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives
• Strengthen financial governance, compliance, and internal controls
• Support capital investment analysis and business cases
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations

• ERP / Finance systems
• Financial planning and reporting tools
• Advanced Excel / modelling
• Standard accounting and control frameworks

• 5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering roles
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analytical capability
• Confident working directly with operational stakeholders
• Manufacturing or industrial sector experience preferred
• Hands‑on, detail oriented, and commercially pragmatic
• Strong communication and influencing skills
