Role SummaryA commercially focused Finance Business Partner responsible for partnering with site leadership to drive performance, provide financial insight, and strengthen planning and control processes across the operation.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with site leadership to provide financial insight and commercial challenge
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting cycles
- Deliver variance analysis, KPI reporting, and performance dashboards
- Support cost control, margin improvement, and operational efficiency initiatives
- Strengthen financial governance, compliance, and internal controls
- Support capital investment analysis and business cases
- Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations
- ERP / Finance systems
- Financial planning and reporting tools
- Advanced Excel / modelling
- Standard accounting and control frameworks
- 5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering roles
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analytical capability
- Confident working directly with operational stakeholders
- Manufacturing or industrial sector experience preferred
- Hands‑on, detail oriented, and commercially pragmatic
- Strong communication and influencing skills
