About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on finance leader to build and scale a high‑performing finance organization for our private‑equity‑backed, global SaaS business. This role sits at the center of financial strategy, operational discipline, and performance visibility, bringing structure, rigor, and insight to how we plan, execute, and grow.

The Vice President of Finance reports directly to the COO and serves as a key member of the senior leadership team, partnering closely with executive leadership, the Board of Directors, investors, and lenders.

You will also prepare and present executive, board, investor, and lender reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and confidence in the company’s financial narrative.

Beyond financial strategy, you will lead day‑to‑day accounting operations and GAAP reporting, oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual processes, and strengthen internal controls, audits, and tax compliance.
