Processes all teller financial transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy.

Identifies and capitalizes on opportunities to promote new banking services.

Calculates daily transactions using appropriate technology.

Communicates effectively with branch management and branch personnel.

Manages difficult customer situations and responds promptly and appropriately.

Ensure adherence to Teller cash limits.

Provides a complete range of customer services including opening new personal and business deposit accounts and enrolling customers in ancillary products and services including CD’s, IRA’s, safe deposit boxes, etc.

Identifies customer needs and recommends specific products and services to satisfy those needs.

Answers customers’ routine questions and refers complex inquiries to management.

Performs account research and troubleshoots problems as requested.

Provides support by performing clerical duties such as answering phone, maintaining accurate files, faxing and copying.

Ensures confidentiality and compliance with all bank procedures, regulatory standards, and operational security guidelines.

Ensures adherence to all bank policies, including but not limited to BSA, dress codes, etc.

Assists loan officers as needed.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
