Job Description

Amrize Building Envelope LLC seeks a Plant Controller in Wellford, SC to manage accounting & control functions of multiple production facilities within the region.

Responsibilities include:

Reporting:
Assist in preparation and improvement of production and financial reports.
Production costing:
Assist in rate development and testing.
Budgeting:
Build and maintain rolling production forecasting models and budgets; gather existing budget data, analyze forecasts, identify issues.
Analysis:
Compile and analyze information, resolve errors in data from financial reporting and ERP.
Accounting duties: support daily posting of journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, assist with month‑end closing.
Audit: support annual audit through preparation of reports and reconciliations.

Position requires up to 35% travel, primarily national.

Requirements

Four years professional experience in cost accounting/analysis, inventory control, supply chain, and audit.

One year experience in financial controlling and standard costing in a manufacturing environment for the building envelope materials industry.

One year managing annual plant budgets exceeding $20MM USD.

Four years working in multinational companies with US GAAP reporting and SOX compliance.

Four years using SAP, specifically CO and FI modules.

One year using Tableau.

Education:

bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
