Job Responsibilities A competent Finance and Insurance Manager has a strong understanding of the financing process and additional programs available. Their main responsibility is ensuring customers get what they need to afford a vehicle and that it’s properly protected. Some specific duties include:
Assist customers with the financing of their purchases while presenting them with all products and options that will maximize their experience Supervise the sales team to ensure and they are prospecting and networking daily to solicit new customers Must have a thorough knowledge and enforce the dealership’s sales process Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals Review, manage, and update customer database as required for the Sales Team Ensure the expeditious funding of all contracts Promote the success of the dealership and sales team Strictly adhere to and enforce dealership policies, processes, procedures, and core values What we are looking for: 5 years or more of previous F&I management experience Excellent verbal and written communication Strong negotiation and presentation skills Professional appearance Goal oriented, superior attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Advance your career as a F&I Manager with Wilson Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram today.
