The Opportunity
As a Financial Advisor at First Financial Group, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their financial journey. You will be provided with comprehensive training and support, allowing you to build a rewarding career while helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
- Provide personalized financial planning and investment advice tailored to clients' objectives
- Analyze financial data and market trends to create effective strategies for wealth management.
- Educate clients on insurance products, investment options, and retirement planning.
- Continuously expand your knowledge and skills through ongoing training and professional development.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivated and self-driven with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Understanding of financial products and services.
- Relevant certifications (Life and Health license, Series 7, Series 66) or willingness to obtain them.
- Active involvement in community service or professional organizations.
- Experience with financial planning software.
Compensation:
This is a performance based career. Compensation packages will be based off experience if you are currently a licensed Financial Advisor. Entry level roles are commission based where first year earnings are typically from $78,000 to $150,000 per year
