Senior Manager Finance Accounting

We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager, Finance & Accounting to lead our finance function at our Bethune, SC manufacturing site. This is a highly visible leadership role where you'll partner directly with the Plant Director and global finance leadership while leading a talented local finance team.

As the senior finance leader for our Bethune facility, you'll play a key role in both strategic and operational decision-making.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading all finance and accounting activities for the site
• Managing monthly financial close, reporting, forecasting, and annual business planning
• Providing financial insights that support strategic business decisions
• Partnering with plant leadership to improve operational and financial performance
• Managing cost accounting, inventory controls, working capital, and fixed cost analysis
• Ensuring compliance with GAAP, IFRS, corporate policies, and internal controls
• Supporting corporate governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Leading and developing a high-performing finance team while fostering collaboration across the organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong background in financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience preparing complete financial statements, including P&L and Balance Sheet
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
• SAP experience preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, and business partnering skills
• CPA or CPA candidate is a plus.
