This role is for a Financial Controller who will oversee the financial operations and control functions for one of our key product lines. The position is based in Roebuck, SC and reports to the Plant Controller.

Responsibilities- Own the product line P&L, driving profitability and disciplined cost control.
- Lead financial planning and analysis (budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning) to support business objectives.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators.
- Support accurate costing (BOM and routing time analysis) and inventory processes to ensure precise cost allocation and reporting.
- Ensure compliance and strong internal controls, and provide financial insights to guide investment/CAPEX decisions and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of finance or controlling experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, P&L management, forecasting, and manufacturing costing.
- Experience with inventory processes and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate insights and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to relocate to North Georgia when required after onboarding; initial assignment in Roebuck, SC with potential future relocation.

Pay - The pay range for this position is $91,086 - $123,318 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
