Overview
This position provides administrative and operational support by preparing mortgage loan documents for processing. Prepares and delivers initial disclosures and re-disclosures to customers. Orders various mortgage services such as appraisals and titles. Gathers other necessary documentation to ensure all requirements of the loan transaction are met prior to moving the loan to processing. Communicates effectively with all parties involved in the mortgage loan transaction.
Responsibilities& Qualifications
Loan Preparation - Initiates mortgage services to complete loan packages. Prepares and delivers initial disclosures and re-disclosures to appropriate parties. Identifies deficiencies and contacts the appropriate party for resolution.
Documentation - Reviews prepared loan documentation to ensure thoroughness, accuracy, and adherence to standards including completion of a quality review. Follows up on all outstanding documentation to move loans to the processing pipeline.
Communication - Coordinates with all parties involved in the mortgage loan transaction to complete set milestones.
Service Level Agreements - Responsible for multi-tasking between queues in order to meet internal and regulatory timelines.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED and 1 years' experience in Banking or Mortgage processing
