Job Summary
Responsible for reviewing all department disclosures and completes audit and compliance requests from investors for Retail Lending.- Reviews all loan disclosure documents for completeness, accuracy and quality
- Completes external investor and internal audit requests
- Completes a post-close review of all closed loan packages
- Completes internal audit IRS transcript requests
- Assist with internal department audit reviews
No Supervisory Responsibilities
Education and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- 2-3 years of related work experience
