Business Banking Relationship Manager II

Role

Business Banking Relationship Manager responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of high-value clients (revenue $5MM–$30MM).

• Manage and grow client portfolios through relationship deepening and new client acquisition.
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor by understanding clients’ financial goals and needs.
• Recommend and deliver tailored banking solutions, including credit and deposit products, in collaboration with internal teams.
• Lead client discussions on credit structuring and solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to provide integrated client service.
• Support loan structuring, pricing, underwriting, and portfolio management.
• Drive growth via deposits, loans, and fee income, achieving sales and retention targets.
• Engage with the community to generate referrals and strengthen relationships.
• Monitor market trends and client financial status to manage risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies, completing necessary training.
• Mentor peers and promote team collaboration aligned with company values.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3-10 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong client relationship management capabilities.
