TNC is scaling its Services segment through a buy-and-build acquisition strategy layered on a growing organic field and professional services book. The Director of Finance, Services is the segment finance lead for Services, owning planning, forecasting, contract economics, and deal support for the segment. Accounting and controllership are centralized under the CAO; this role owns everything forward-looking for Services.

Role is embedded with the Services organization as the day-to-day finance partner to segment operating leaders, while reporting to the VP, Nuclear Finance, preserving a clean group finance line. Builds and leads the Services finance team so the segment can absorb acquisitions without losing forecast accuracy or reporting discipline. Success depends on operating fluently across two worlds...

1) the operational, field-driven rhythm of a labor-intensive services business, working closely with P&L owners on jobs, crews, and customers, and

2) group planning and reporting, partnering tightly with the VP, Nuclear Finance, the Controller's team, and Corporate FP&A so Services plugs cleanly into corporate processes.

• Primary day-to-day finance partner to Services operating leaders and P&L owners; own the financial narrative behind the Services P&L
• Bring financial rigor and challenge to the business; help shape pricing, rate cards, bidding, and margin decisions
• Deliver decision-quality analysis on job profitability, unit economics, labor utilization, backlog, and working capital
• Run the monthly operating review rhythm with Services leadership

• Own the Services annual operating plan, rolling forecast, and long-range plan, integrating acquired businesses into a single segment operating model that rolls up cleanly to the group plan
• Establish and track the KPIs that matter for the segment: job margin, utilization, backlog-to-bill, DSO and working capital
• Maintain forecast accuracy standards for executive and board reporting
• Own segment and line-of-business classification at contract inception, working the revenue checklist with the Controller's team so every new contract…
