Role Description
The Regional VP of Wealth is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbia, SC, responsible for growing the regional wealth management business. This role drives business development efforts, and cultivates relationships with high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and centers of influence. The Regional VP of Wealth collaborates with internal partners to deliver integrated solutions tailored to client goals. The role also involves developing regional market strategies, representing Queensborough at community and professional events, and maintaining high standards of client experience and risk management.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership in wealth management and currently in an advisory role in market.
- Proven business development and relationship management skills with high-net-worth clients, business owners, and professional referral sources.
- Strong expertise in investment, and fiduciary services, including portfolio oversight, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent character, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- A commitment to local market engagement and community involvement.
- High level of integrity, sound judgment, and client-centric mindset, with a focus on long-term relationships over short-term gains.
- Ability to work on-site in Columbia, SC, travel within the region as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
