Job Responsibilities
Under limited supervision of the Director of the Bureau of Public Information and Regulatory Affairs, leads and manages the Regulatory Affairs Section, which includes assistance and coordination of healthcare Quality's regulatory activities, assistance and coordination of enforcement actions, exception/variance requests, reconsideration requests, and performs other assigned duties. Oversees and manages the regulation development coordinator and the enforcement coordinator positions.

A bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience with administration and enforcement of regulatory program. At least three (3) years of experience in management.
