• Keep the beauty department organized, stocked, and visually appealing
• Support and motivate the beauty team to reach sales goals
• Learn about new brands, products, trends, and beauty techniques
• Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits

• Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience
• Someone who enjoys talking to and helping customers
• A willingness to learn and grow in beauty
• Positive, confident, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working toward sales goals
• A team player who is ready to take ownership and lead by example
