• Welcome customers and create a fun, positive shopping experience
• Help customers find beauty products that fit their needs
• Learn and share product knowledge, beauty tips, and current trends
• Provide personalized recommendations and exceptional customer service
• Support sales goals through genuine customer engagement
• Keep the beauty area stocked, organized, and inviting
• Stay up to date on new products, brands, and promotions
• Has retail, sales, or customer service experience
• Enjoys talking to people and making customers feel welcome
• Is enthusiastic about beauty and willing to learn
• Is friendly, confident, and motivated
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Is comfortable recommending products and working toward sales goals
