Position: Scribe - Providence Heart )
Providence Heart
Responsibilities- Accompanies physician into the patient examination room in order to transcribe and document accurately the physician's encounter with the patient.
- Transcribes patient orders including laboratory tests, radiology tests, medications, etc.
- Follows Providence Hospitals' Mission, Vision, and Values.
- Education
:
High School Diploma or equivalent. - Licensure/Certification
: CMS Certification preferred. - Professional Experience
: 1 year experience as a Medical Scribe preferred.
