McLeod Health - - - Responsibilities:
Provides safe, effective, personal care and light housekeeping services to Hospice patients, in their place of residence, in accordance with the plan of care, as assigned by the primary RN or Designee.;
Notifies the patient's primary nurse and/or manager of patient's change in condition, family concerns or problems as instructed.;
Performs routine skin inspection and reports any abnormalities to RN.;
Assists with dressings, catheter care, and changes as instructed by RN after demonstrated competency.;
Assists patients with ROM exercises as prescribed and according to care plan.
