Fresenius Medical Care - - 5301 HWY 321 - Responsibilities:
Assist in setup and operation of hemodialysis machines and initiate dialysis per prescribed orders.;
Monitor patients during dialysis, evaluate vascular access, cannulate, and respond to intradialytic issues.;
Document pre/post-dialysis vital signs, weight, and treatment data; ensure Hemodialysis Treatment Sheet accuracy.;
Provide patient education on adequacy measures and disease process; support adherence and transition care.;
Maintain infection control and environmental safety; disinfect equipment and participate in CQI activities.
