We are focused on expanding access to care across South Carolina, especially in communities where services are limited. Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support the clinical team in delivering high-quality ABA services. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a BCBA to assist with assessments, treatment plan implementation, staff support, and caregiver training. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCaBA who enjoys hands‑on clinical work and wants to grow within a supportive, expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the supervising BCBA with functional behavior assessments and skills assessments
  • Support the development and implementation of treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs and BTs as assigned by the BCBA
  • Collect, review, and summarize data to support clinical decision‑making
  • Assist with caregiver training and model intervention strategies
  • Support treatment plan updates and progress documentation
  • Communicate regularly with the BCBA regarding client progress and clinical needs
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with BACB guidelines
Qualifications
  • Active BCaBA certification in good standing
  • Bachelor’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in South Carolina (required if applicable)
  • Experience working with children diagnosed with autism and related developmental disabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively under BCBA supervision
  • Reliable transportation for travel to client homes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in in-home ABA service delivery
  • Experience supporting behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
  • Experience mentoring or supporting RBTs/BTs
  • Interest in advancing toward BCBA certification
