Role Description

This full‑time, on‑site Therapist position is located in Columbia, SC.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence‑based approaches tailored to client needs.
  • Conducting initial assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining detailed progress notes.
  • Actively participating in clinical team collaboration, training, and supervision.
  • Regularly communicating with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in evidence‑based therapeutic practices for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
  • Strong clinical skills in assessments, treatment planning, and interventions for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation of client progress.
  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
  • Licensure in South Carolina (LPC, LMFT, LISW‑CP, or equivalent) or eligibility for licensure.
  • Commitment to professional development, supervision, and training.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a collaborative team mindset.
