About Us M’Aiken Bright Futures is a growing, family-centered ABA provider committed to implementing high-quality, evidence-based services in the home setting. As we continue expanding services across South Carolina, we are seeking experienced clinicians to support our intake and authorization process through comprehensive assessments and clinical report writing.
Position SummaryWe are seeking experienced BCBAs and BCaBAs (working closely with our BCBAs) to conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and develop treatment plans for insurance authorization. This role is focused strictly on evaluation, clinical analysis, and report writing. It does not include ongoing caseload management, RBT supervision, or daily session oversight.
This position is ideal for clinicians who enjoy assessment and documentation work and are looking for flexible, part-time or contract-based opportunities.
Primary Responsibilities- Conduct in-home initial ABA assessments and reassessments
- Complete caregiver interviews, observations, and skills/behavioral assessments
- Review records and clinical history to inform treatment planning
- Develop individualized treatment recommendations
- Write clear, insurance-ready treatment plans and reports
- Submit documentation within established timelines
- Collaborate with leadership regarding clinical recommendations when needed
- Assessment and report‑writing focused position
- No ongoing caseload management required
- No direct supervision of RBTs required
- Flexible scheduling based on assessment availability
- In‑home assessment completed in one day with report writing completed remotely
- BCBA: $50/hour
- BCaBA: $40/hour
- Assessments typically require approximately 6–8 hours total
- Billable time is capped at 8 hours per assessment unless pre‑approved
- Reassessments may require fewer hours based on scope
- Consistent referral opportunities available as the company continues to grow
- Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in South Carolina
- Strong clinical assessment and report‑writing skills
- Experience completing initial assessments, reassessments, and treatment plans preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet documentation deadlines
- Reliable transportation for in‑home assessment visits
- Prefers assessment and treatment planning work over managing a full caseload
- Strong attention to detail and clinical writing ability
- Efficient, organized, and deadline‑driven
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
