We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based W-2 contract position in Houston, Texas
, serving middle and high school students
. This role requires strong clinical skills and proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL).

• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

• Student Population: Middle & High School

• Setting: On-site, school-based services

• Pay Rate: $50–$55 per hour (W-2)

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to middle and high school students

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals

• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and support staff

• Use American Sign Language (ASL) as a primary communication method with students

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines

• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology License

• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) – REQUIRED
