Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based W-2 contract position in Houston, Texas
, serving middle and high school students
. This role requires strong clinical skills and proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL).

Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Student Population: Middle & High School
Setting: On-site, school-based services
Pay Rate: $50–$55 per hour (W-2)

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to middle and high school students
Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations
Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and support staff
Use American Sign Language (ASL) as a primary communication method with students
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology License
Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) – REQUIRED
Clinical Fellows (CFs) welcome
Experience in school-setting preferred
