PositionSummary
We are seeking a motivated and clinically strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing ABA services, supervising RBTs/BTs, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supporting families through ongoing training and collaboration. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape services within a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills-based assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
- Supervise RBTs and BTs in accordance with BACB supervision requirements
Monitor client progress through data review and program modification - Provide caregiver training and parent support
- Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and insurance documentation
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers
- Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and state licensure standards
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in South Carolina (required)
- Strong experience with behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming
- Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and providing clinical feedback
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation for travel to client homes
- Experience providing in-home ABA services
- Experience working with severe behaviors and complex cases
- Experience training caregivers and leading parent training sessions
