Position

Summary

We are seeking a motivated and clinically strong Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will be responsible for overseeing ABA services, supervising RBTs/BTs, conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and supporting families through ongoing training and collaboration. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape services within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and skills-based assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Supervise RBTs and BTs in accordance with BACB supervision requirements

    Monitor client progress through data review and program modification
  • Provide caregiver training and parent support
  • Complete treatment plans, progress reports, and insurance documentation
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers
  • Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and state licensure standards
Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in South Carolina (required)
  • Strong experience with behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming
  • Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and providing clinical feedback
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Reliable transportation for travel to client homes
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience providing in-home ABA services
  • Experience working with severe behaviors and complex cases
  • Experience training caregivers and leading parent training sessions
  • Interest in leadership, program development, or mentorship roles
