Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) – Multiple South Carolina Locations
This position is reserved exclusively for licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs). If you are not an SLP, please do not apply.
Relient Health is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, in-person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across South Carolina. These are full-time, direct-hire, permanent placement SLP positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).
Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.
Current SLP openings available in: Cheraw, Clemson, Florence, Inman, and additional South Carolina markets.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing treatment plans
- Provide skilled SLP services in a rehabilitation setting
- Complete standardized assessments and documentation in EMR systems
- Collaborate with SLPAs, rehab professionals, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Support patient progress toward improved communication, safety, and independence
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Master’s program
- Active South Carolina SLP license, or eligibility/pending licensure
- Ability to work full-time in one of the listed South Carolina markets
- Authorized to work in the United States
Competitive statewide SLP salary range: $36-44/hr (Compensation varies by market, setting, and experience.)
