Role DescriptionWe are looking for dynamic and experienced full-time and flex part-time Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) based in Columbia, SC. The RBT will support clients by implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Daily responsibilities include conducting one-on-one therapy sessions, collecting and analyzing data on client progress, and collaborating with the team to refine intervention strategies.
The RBT will work closely with clients and their families to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
Work is conducted primarily in our two clinical centers in Columbia northeast and in Elgin, SC, with some sessions at clients' homes.
Qualifications- RBT current certification (must provide NPI number for verification); current CPR/BLS certification.
- At least one year of experience
- Knowledge and application of Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
- Experience with Behavioral Intervention techniques and working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and team members
- College degree in ABA, Psychology or a related field is a plus
- Patience, empathy, and commitment to improving client outcomes
